Batero Announces Closing of Qualifying Transaction and Commencement of Trading
Vancouver, B.C., July 22, 2010 -- Batero Gold Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its Qualifying Transaction involving the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bahia Bonita Properties, S.A. ("Bahia"). Bahia is the indirect owner of a mineral property located in the municipality of Quinchia, Department of Risaralda, Republic of Colombia (the "Quinchia Property").
