Mineral Resource Estimate
The Mineral Resource estimate of the Batero-Quinchia project was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 on behalf of Batero Gold Corp by Qualified Persons at Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. As described in the Batero-Quinchia Project, Department of Risaralda, Colombia, Technical Report (NI 43-101) with an amended date of April 19, 2012, the Batero-Quinchia project mineral resource estimate is outlined in the following tables:
